AQUABIOPRO-FIT TO ATTEND THE 32nd EFFoST INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE IN NANTES
Want to learn more about our work on sourcing valuable nutrients from aquaculture and fisheries side streams? Come and meet us at the 32nd EFFoST International Conference from 6-8 November 2018 in Nantes, France.
Every year, the European Federation of Food Science and Technology (EFFoST) organizes this prestigious international conference, bringing together world-renowned researchers, scientists, policy makers, professionals and students from multidisciplinary food-related fields, to share the latest developments, meet old friends and form new partnerships.
The theme of this year’s conference is ‘Developing innovative food structures and functionalities through process and reformulation to satisfy consumer needs and expectations,’ and includes topics such as Reformulation and New Sourcings, Innovative Conventional and Non-thermal Processes, Additive Manufacturing, and Biotechnology and Bioprocesses in Food and Nutrition.
AQUABIOPRO-FIT will have a stand at the EU Collaboration Corner, where representatives from Nofima (project coordinator) and EFFoST (dissemination partner) can provide you with more information about the project and answer any questions you may have.
