Food scraps to become dairy and meat substitutes
On the 5th of October 2018 AQUABIOPROFIT project coordinator, Dr. Katerina Kousoulaki was interviewed via Skype by the journalist Frieda Klotz regarding the background and ambition of recently funded waste biomass based BBI projects, among those also AQUABIOPROFIT.
The interview lasted for about one hour, and based on it, Frieda Klotz wrote a popular article entitled ‘Food scraps to become dairy and meat substitutes‘ which was published in ‘HORIZON, The EU Research and Innovation Magazine’ on the 29th of October, 2018.
